Jeremy Michel Co-Founder and CEO

Jeremy is a former Division 1 Football player who has achieved success both in the corporate world and as an entrepreneur. He was born and raised in Louisiana and has always been fascinated with the outdoors and different cultures, which led him to travel extensively around the world. Jeremy graduated with three college degrees, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and spent 12 years in the corporate world, working for large multinational corporations such as Saudi Aramco, Waste Management, and Lockton Companies. He rose to the level of vice president, achieving the dream job, status, money, power, and influence. However, he found himself waking up every day feeling unfulfilled with β€œthe dream life.”
Determined to find a more fulfilling path, Jeremy left the corporate world and jumped into the world of entrepreneurship. He has never looked back since then.

Jeremy’s passion for the outdoors and archery is evident in his personal life. He loves to immerse himself in different cultures and live like a local for extended periods. He prefers a quiet life off the grid and believes in constantly testing the boundaries of his mental and physical strength through physical fitness. Jeremy’s mindset is to conquer his fears and achieve his goals in life. He believes that in order to achieve success, mindset must exist before any visions of a dream life can come true. He is constantly striving to be the most optimized human he can be, working on his three levels of awareness: Spiritual, Mental, and Physical.

Despite his success and achievements, Jeremy is a humble and down-to-earth person who can fit in with any crowd. He believes in collaboration over competition, as long as it supports good people trying to make a positive impact on the world. He typically hates stuffy corporate situations, and his ability to relate on many levels with just about anyone makes it impossible to put him in a box.

Max Rosen Co-Founder and COO

Max was born and raised in Hereford, Maryland, where he grew up in a quiet country setting. Due to his family’s work, he had to move around frequently during his childhood, which helped him develop strong communication skills, albeit inorganic ones. Despite this, he always had a passion for computers and designing systems, which he pursued by becoming a programmer for eight years.
Max’s other great passion was tennis, and he became a competitive tennis player at a young age. He continued to play throughout his teenage years and even into college, where he graduated with a degree in Computer Science/Information Science.
In addition to his academic and athletic pursuits, Max has also spent over 10,000 hours in one-on-one educating, including tutoring, coaching, and advising. He has a particular talent for scaling coaching groups, having successfully grown several to six and seven figures a month. He has also worked with some of the biggest names in business coaching.
Despite his success in education and coaching, Max’s true calling was in digital marketing. He started out working with multiple marketing agencies before venturing out on his own. Remarkably, Max has never sent out a resume or cover letter, relying instead on his skills and reputation to attract clients.
Max is a big believer in collaboration over competition, as long as it supports good people trying to make a positive impact on the world. He and his partner have made this principle a core part of their work, and they prefer to work in teams. Max is particularly skilled at running ops and prefers to work in the shadows, pulling the strings to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Although Max enjoys his quiet life in the country, he also loves the lights of the big city. He believes that the ability to educate and be educated are the most important skills a person can have. He sees self-understanding as the key to understanding everything else in the world.
